Nowadays I don't use recipe anymore for TOto's biscuit, it's all ESTIMATION!
The dryer the dough, the better it is for Singapore weather.
So I just adjust the 'yoghurt' depending on the dough.
Anyway the recipe now is ...
1 cup flour (Whole wheat + Barley)
1/4 cup of Baby Oats
1 tbsp All Natural Honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup of All Natural Peanut Butter (or less)
A pinch of Salt.
1 tbsp Yoghurt (or more depending on dough)
110C 1 hour or more.
Doesn't matter what flour, just make it 1 cup.
Using a 1/4 tsp to shape his biscuit.
If the dough becomes too dry add more yoghurt, not ALOT more like half tbsp here and there to soften the dough for easy roll out.
TOto making sure I doing everything RIGHT!
And hoping I drop a dough here and there ...
YA abit of the dough WON'T kill them!
Ready to bake ...
