Oska came visiting ...

Oska will come stay for a few days in August, so he is here for a short trial ...

TOto don't like his presence because; Momsie attention is shared, food is shared, and even treat is SHARED! 

TOto definitely has 'ONLY furryboy syndrome'! 

He is so annoyed by Oska!

But TOto get so much kick seeing Oska being 'disciplined' by Daddeee, hahaha!

My Furry, "WHINEY" Alarm Clock!

This is how TOto wakes me up in the morning! 

But he is not very accurate, still usually he will wake me up between 7.00am-7.45am right before my own alarm. BUT sometimes if he is too tired, I will wake up before him; so he gets to sleep in with daddeee! He can be very persistent, and the whining gets louder and louder. 

Sometimes he just wants me to scratched him, and he goes right back to sleep. Sometimes, just like this video, he just wants to make sure I wake up to cook for daddeee.

 

So you know who he loves MORE!

TOto wants to chase mammeee out so that he can get some alone time with daddeee ~

He is so dumb, ahem maybe I should use the word 'naive' instead; you cannot help but want to laugh at him!

Fri 13 : Kite Flying @ Celebration Park

Today is FRIDAY 13th!

But today is JUST a great weather day! 

There is the Wind, Clouds, and SUN!

TOto wonders, what is his role in KITE FLYING!???

It is funny to see how he is running about with Daddeee when the Kite-flying's session starts!

What about mammeee, what is she doing?

The sun is too bring, wind is too strong; mammeee is just hiding under my BIG UV Umbrella!

My one hand is trying to HOLD on to the huge Umbrella against the strong wind, and my the other hand is holding on to my phonecam taking down some memories ...

Being unleashed didn't released TOto's wild side.

He was quite the good boy! He is either by Daddeee's side or hiding in the shade with me, OR just in between me and Daddeee! NO one bothers about him, hahahaha. I guess he is more scared than us wondering if we might just LOSE HIM! But he is just so happy running about and playing with his 'orange ball'! Just seeing him runs wild makes my day. I think this is just every pawrents' dream come true, to have some clean and huge area for their furkids to do what they want ...

TOto loves the slide ...

The first time we brought him on the slide, he was scared and dare not do it by himself. But TOto is very clever, he wants to try and 'request' to slide down with daddeee! TOto scratches daddeee thigh and sat on him and they slide down together. 

And after that he was addicted. 

The next time I brought TOto to the park, he PULL me there and wanted to play the slide but I don't want to do it; he was soooooooooooo dissappointed.

It's 2 O'Clock in the MORNING!

Really 'buay tahan' TOto, in the middle of the night don't want to sleep and decide to bring in his Antler chew and started chewing vigorously! We saw TOto's chewing and suddenly thought of Lily Allen song, so funny right. It is the background music for this video, hahaha ...

After 20 minutes then he happy, "gam wan" go to sleep.

Big BOYS club!

Today is a lucky day for TOto, there were a bunch of BIG BOYS who were willing to play with him! And TOto was especially hooked to this Border Collie, named Becca, who is willing to play 1-1 with TOto for the rest of the day. Usually Border Collies just ignores TOto! TOto had tried to 'attract' a few Collies to play with him before but TOto is just too small and slow for them!

In the end we realised Becca was just a 8 months old puppy Collie, which EXPLAINS WHY!
Puppies play with EVERYONE, hahaha! But TOto does bring smiles and laughter to everyone around the Big Boys area! 

We kept wondering why TOto loves being in the Big Boys' area? And one of our guesses, TOto loves being chased, and the BIG BOYS are more willing to chase after TOto. But in the small dogs area; all the smaller dogs want to be chased!! I wonder WHY? But I am happy because the BIG BOYS really drain out TOto thoroughly! When we walked back to the small dogs area preparing to go home, he is always more than HAPPY to GO HOME and SLEEP!

I would have better videos showing how Becca and TOto played, but the weather is tooooooo COLD for mammeee to expose her hand for long period of time doing video-ing.

Our westie TOto @ Level 1 Fun Xdog Agility Lesson 4

TOto doesn't seems to enjoy 'Agility' as much as we wants him to! When we mention the word to him; his eyes doesn't light up like the word 'Dog Park' or 'Walk walk'. He will gives you a 'Huh, ok' look and look away immediately! I hate to see TOto being pull about by his leash too. I guess if we want TOto to perform well and enjoy the game it has to be at our own pace and practises without distraction. In my opinion, I think TOto can sense Dadddeee itsy-bitsy annoyance or frustration and plus TOto is so condition to think that they are 'free-falling' treats everywhere, he just couldn't focus and concentrate on his 'Job'!

But when TOto gets to play with the gigantic 100+lbs Leonberger in class, he suddenly turns into a active happy puppy rolling about. We should start considering other 'Sports' for TOto.

Today's video has 2 part; 1st is his agility run through and 2nd part is how TOto play with a 100+lbs leonberger! This is the first time I have seen this breed of dog, and they are so GIGANTIC but so gentle. They looks like they are playing with hamster when they play with TOto, so funny!

Grand Opening of Frisco Dog Park

There are so many events this weekend in our area, but we have our errands to run in the afternoon, BUT we still manage to rush to this doggie event at the very last minute!

We have been waiting for Frisco Dog Park to open up for years, we thought this will be nearer to us! But in the end it is about the same distance as going to Lewisville Dog Park.

By the time we reached the park, most of the stalls are closing up. 

It's ok we are here to visit the dog park.

The Carpark area are close off for Stalls to be set up.

The new park is CLEAN and everything smell so 'fresh'.

There is a shaded area for the 'beans' to sit and it comes with tables too! I guess not long before the area will be VERY DIRTY with food and drinks thrown everywhere especially if the 'beans' are not automatic enough. BAD IDEA!! 

The park is not flat ground, it is sloped down; BAD idea number 2! Too much BLIND SPOT. 

Doggies' owner might not spot their dogs pooping or being naughty, if they just sit their ass in the shaded pavilion. And most owner DO THAT!

There are water pipes and water point, INSIDE the dogpark; BAD IDEA number 3! Usually these water area create all these puddles that make the ground MUDDY and DIRTY! Gosh, there this other westie was so dirty playing in the water, he become so dirty and muddy!! I still prefer the water point to be OUTSIDE the dogpark!

TOto enjoyed his stay here but I still prefer Lewisville dogpark; SIMPLE and CLEAN! The landscape of this park is really good but then I guess the 'bean' really think too much into 'designing' the dogpark but they didn't realise; DOGS, they really didn't need much, JUST EMPTY flat ground to run and play in! The landscape although pretty but too complicated for my liking!

I guess we won't be coming here very often!

It all about TOto (Sat) Pt 3 - Westies GONE WILD @ Toyota Lewisville Dogpark

Yeah Part III!
We muster out last breath of energy to bring TOto to the DOGPARK. The weather is FANTASTIC-O, and it is a Saturday, we are 100% sure that the dogpark will be crowded!

And TOto become the 'STAR' once he stepped in, every doggies wants a piece of him and he was too overwhelm to play! Hahaha ~


In the end, the three of us was so dead TIRED!

He didn't even have the strength to open his eyes for the camera, and snuggled himself on this 3 layer-bed!

And I thought he wouldn't wake up for his 5am Guard-duty but he still WAKE up for it! 

It is really a long day for the 3 of us!

Counting down 2 more weeks to go home ...

It all about TOto (Sat) Pt 1 - Fun XDog Agility Pt. 3/6

It is so difficult for TOto to concentrate!
TOto have to sniff out all corners and because he has found treats before he thinks that there are treats everywhere! Even his own treats/biscuits cannot make him FOCUS! I mean how can "dehydrated lamb" and "chewy treat" win over 'Oily Tuna' and 'Cheesy bits'!? The other participants drop the 'Tuna oil' everywhere!! But it is unfair to blame others because some dogs are just so focus they don't really care what is on the ground!

But we realized TOto perform better with Mammeee because of my 'Happy Voice' that help motivated him to run with me! Maybe Hubs get so 'tense' and 'frustrated', TOto can sense them somehow.  And Hub refused to use his 'Gayish Happy Voice'! He says it is so embarrassing to use the 'Happy girly voice' to motivate TOto. Too bad, Mammeee just doesn't has the stamina to run the obstacle with TOto.

Well I may try it out next week!

WHAT?! Lazy even to EAT!!

TOto was very tired from daycamp; he came home wash up, had his dinner and napped till about 11pm! After that he kept asking for treats and we knew he was hungry and prepare 1/8cup of kibbles for him to eat just incase the next morning he refused to eat again! But he was lazy even to WALK over to his usual area to eat! He just lie down on the carpet refused to move until I MOVE the bowl to him!

He always have the stupidest idea, and TOto actually 'act' along with hubs!

Level 1 - Fun XDog Agility Pt. 1/6

TOto didn't sleep well the night before, he kept having to wake up in the middle of the night to bark and keep wanting to go patio to do his guard-duty! And my alarm rang at 6.30am, by 7am TOto is ready to go to bed!!!

Too bad we have to go out, and TOto didn't even have his breakfast ...
7.48am and we are ready to GO!

ALL the other dogs there were HUGE, GIGANTIC!

And before coming to the lesson, we were saying if all the dogs that joined are Border COllie we will leave hahaha because TOto will have no chance at winning a trophy for us! But still all the other dogs are huge; there are 2 Leon Begers, Greyhound, Bloodhound and Aussies! No similar size dog with TOto!

Hahaha TOto has NO CHANCE at ALL!

Everyone is being attentive looking at the instructor and looks what is TOto doing!??

Mammeee is happy for TOto and mammeee is very very tired with all the running about under the hothothot SUN!

TOto performed better than expected. He was very HUNGRY halfway in class and got very distracted sniffing and sniffing refusing to listen to instructions and we got to feed him halfway in class!

After that he is very tired and start to lose his focus.

But still we are happy that he had enjoyed himself.

The instructor is very impressed with TOto and says that TOto is such a 'Mellow Terrier'! I think the instructor find TOto very calm and she mentioned that TOto has a great personality and great doggie body language. She praises that we have done a good job socialising TOto.

When we are back home, he was totally KNOCK out!

He didn't even wake when I had to open the main door to go out!
